It is generally agreed that in the last few years the vast majority of the countries which use of surveillance net work in the work places or market places has considerably increased. According to Jimmie Newell (2005) the programmable surveillance system has a camera adapted to capture images that are processed as data by a first computer arrangement. Besides, it has different methods such as; fingerprints, DNA profiling, Eye scanner and CCTV cameras and so on. As this result it helps to control traffic, robbery, theft and mugging. However, others would argue that it is invasion of a private life, because they do not know who is watching them and they know that those persons recognize a lot of private things about them. Although now days the CCTV cameras more popular than other methods, therefore all of public places and streets decrease from crime so mainly criminals will not go elsewhere all of public places. An example of this is an airport. It has a lot of CCTV cameras, that the police can catch criminals easily or identify theft. This essay will sum up the benefits of surveillance society and will show that if a society uses surveillance, it may cause a reduction in crime on public streets.

some people are not convinced by CCTV cameras because they feel embarrassed.

Paragraph 2:

The CCTV cameras are necessary for fighting crime, as a result of they record every movement in the street so that people can feel protected, because when some thing is happened you can see in the tape twice or more. Then you can explain that to a police officer. Hence, according to the BBC the Government in the UK aims to install cameras fitted with speakers to scold people for dropping litter or committing anti-social behaviour. The main aim of that is to stop crimes before thieves are committed.

In this paragraph I will explain that due to the CCTV people feel safer and more confident.

Paragraph 4:

In this paragraph I will mention that science technologies are very helpful to reduce crime and even to avoid them.

Conclusion:

In my opinion CCTV cameras help societies to control anti social behaviours
